GENERAL
» Payment due upon class sign-‐up
» WCOGA only accepts Visa or MasterCard
» STUDENTS ARE CONTINUALLY ENROLLED UNLESS WE ARE NOTIFIED IN WRITING ON OR BEFORE THE FRIDAY PRIOR TO BILLING
Auto Billing dates:
» 8/21 for Fall 2011 (August 22 – December 3)
» 12/4 for Winter 2011/12 (December 5 – March 17)
» 3/18 for Spring 2012 (April 25 – June 18)
» 6/24 For Summer 2011 (June 25 – August 18)
To be dropped from a class
You must fill out a “Drop Form” located in the gym office. Drops must be submitted on or before the Friday prior to billing. Course drops must be received in writing by the following dates to avoid being charged.
Final drop dates for each session:
» August 19th
» March 16th
» December 2nd
» June 22nd
WCOGA has a “no refund” policy
Your payment covers your 14-‐week enrollment (8 weeks in Summer), regardless of whether the student is able to attend all the classes.
